To do, or not to do, that is the question...

I confess I am a huge fan of "to do" lists. I started writing morning to do lists 15 years ago when I started in Real Estate. While I don't do these daily anymore, I do create a to do list when I feel there is much upon my plate to get done in a day. Don't want to forget to do something.

Buyers and sellers should have a to do list as well. Simple things like a reminder to get those loan docs finished and back to the lender or a note to mow the front yard before the photographer gets there to take pictures. I have personally found that I am much more efficient and productive on the days I have a to do list to work from.

Along these lines, den Boer homes provides each buyer and seller a binder that includes checklists for many of the things that need to get done. These binders also allow the client to store away important papers and keep them organized throughout the home search or sale.

If you like to do lists, give us a call. Ours are on steroids!

Good morning, Peter den Boer I'm a great promoter of "making lists" every day  and not stopping my work until every item is checked off..... every-single-one....

Good morning Peter den Boer - I totally agree.  I utilize the to do lists.  If you don't write them down you forget.

Hello Peter - I also like checklists but I also understand others have their own "system" even though it may seem haphazard.  Whatever works for each person.
