JUST SOLD IN DEERSTYNE BY NINA HOLLANDER, COLDWELL BANKER REALTY
3703 BUCKHEAD LANE | INDIAN TRAIL
SALE PRICE: $470,000
Congratulations to my clients, Dale and Rose, on the purchase of their very first home. As a military family, for many years their lifestyle did not accommodate buying a home as they never settled in one place long enough. Once they made their decision to retire and stay in North Carolina the home search began in earnest. We began our home search in December 2020 found their dream home in September 2021 and closed in October 2021.
As Dale and Rose were looking for an all-brick home with primarily main floor living in Union County under $500,000 it took us a while to find a home that met those criteria. 3703 Buckhead Lane came on the market in late September and we knew it was the home for them as soon as we walked through the front door. This all-brick home, built in 2015, features 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and a second floor loft (which will become their media room). The move-in ready home has gorgeous hardwood floors, a cook's kitchen with all the bells and whistles, spa-inspired owner's bathroom, spacious owner's suite with large walk-in closet, beautiful millwork, private patio, lush landscaping, drop zone.
The Deerstyne neighborhood was built by Bonterra Builders and the Williams Company between 2007 and 2015. This intimate neighborhood is comprised of approximately three dozen, transitional-style, all-brick one story, 1.5 story, two story homes ranging in size from 2,200 square feet to over 3,700 square feet. Lot sizes range from about .2 of an acre to .4 of an acre.
Home prices in the Deerstyne neighborhood range from the high $400,000's to the high $500,000's.
The community is conveniently located to I-485, the 74 Bypass, shopping and parks.
