You are in good hands!

By
Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

The picture above is one of my favorites. It was taken at my brother-in-laws home while I was holding newborn chick. It always reminds me of the phrase, you are in good hands. It could also say something about being chicken. Both of these ideas were with me yesterday as I underwent some dental surgery.

I needed to have a cracked tooth taken out and two implants started. The doctor doing the work was one I had used before and found to be very good. Even knowing I would be in "Good hands" I was still "Chicken".

I was not looking forward to the surgery. Even though I pay extra to be completely knocked out, I was still not looking forward to the experience.

Fast forward to today and all is well. The Doctor did a great job as before. I did not expire and feel relieved that it is all over.

Guess what? Prospective buyers and sellers of real estate go through this same process. They can be nervous about looking for a home or selling the one they have. Many have heard horror stories about buyers losing out on multiple home offers and sellers getting multiple offers only to have the one they pick fall through at the last moment.

Never fear. By using a professional real estate agent you are putting the process in good hands. Like me, you will come out the other side of the transaction, look back at the process, and say "That wasn't so bad". Don't be a chicken. Give us a call today.

I love your analogy Peter den Boer . I am currently looking for a new dentist because he does NOT believe in any pain medication other than nonvaccine. He is super highly revered for his work but being straight up I HATE PAIN!

I am glad that all went well with your dental procedure!  Buyers and Sellers definitely need to feel like they are in good hands.

Hi Peter - that is a good comparison.  A home transaction is one of the most stressful events.
