You will find this quaint town Southeast of Denver proper, and about 20 miles or 30 minutes. It is easy to catch the light rail at Lincoln, if you work downtown, or somewhere along the line. There are about 61,492 residents in the Town of Parker, and Main Street is a fun place to dine, listen to live music or enjoy the retail outlets.
If you are looking to buy a home in Parker, there is quite a variety of home styles and neighborhoods. You can buy a condo or a multi-acre ranch outside the city limits, yet just a few minutes into town.

As I write this post, there are 322 listings (huge increase from 235 last month) available with 237 pending listings. There are a few higher-end neighborhoods with multi-million dollar homes, yet even these homes are selling quickly. Although the numbers say the Parker market is doing well, the inventory has increased substantially and many listing agents are saying the showing are becoming fewer and fewer!
The highest sale was in Pradera and sold for $2,625,000. This home is on 1.96 acres, was built in 2005, has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a 5-car garage. The home has 8,927 total square feet. It was on the market for ONLY 8 days.
Here is my new listing in Anthology - 18326 E. Saskatoon Place, Parker, CO 80134.
