MARKET UPDATE 1/1/08 - 6/30/08

Addison's Midway Meadows Single Family Detached Homes

There are currently 4 homes on the market, ranging from $222,500 to $299,900.

Since January 1, 2008, there have been 6 sales in the neighborhood, with $120.09 being the average price per sq. ft. (up from $94.63 for the previous 6 month period). Homes sold from a low of $175,000 to a high of $246,000. Higher priced homes typically reflect those that have been updated.

The highest sale was at $142.94 per sq ft (up from $96.33 for the previous 6 months).

Tom: While there are lots of singles in Addison, there are also many families. And since the DISD Bond Package passed during the last election, Addison may soon have a DISD elementary school within the town limits so Addison will be more family-friendly!

Steve: If you were moving to Addison, YOU'D be your own agent! No, I haven't seen your blog but I'll check it out. I've been kinda busy and way from the Rain taking care of biz.

Ooooo! That could be fun, although the listing of yours that I want is the one on Welborn, so it wouldn't be Addison. I think that is a GREAT townhome.
