Addison Pacesetters (the 50+ group) meet the first Wednesay of each month at Dunn Bros. Coffeehouse 
on Beltline Road and learn about the Town of Addison. This month, Ms. Stacy Love, Volunteer Coordinator, spoke to us.
Here are some interesting tidbits from her presentation:
All volunteer opportunities are posted on the Town of Addison website. If you are interested in volunteering, look for good fits for your abilities.
When you volunteer, make sure to log your hours! There will be recognition events and parties for volunteers.
Current volunteers do everything from "normal" activities like filing to "unusual" activities, like painting fire hydrants.
