TMZ has reported the following news on its website regarding Prince William and Kate Middleton and a trip to Hancock Park. Can it be true?  Here's the scoop.
 
Law enforcement from the US State Department and the LAPD are making the rounds in a fancy L.A. neighborhood, warning residents that Prince William and Kate Middleton will be guests of honor at a party on their block, and to be on the lookout for paparazzi.

Hancock Park Homes : Pick of the Week - 06/15/11 03:17 PM
It was a busy open house/caravan day out in Hancock Park yesterday and I saw ten homes in all.  There were some great houses and some that screamed "what were they thinking?".  Here's the scoop on a couple of the best and worst.
My absolute favorite was 525 S. Irving Blvd.  A stunning home - well it should be at $2,695,000 but it represents good value for Hancock Park.  This home has six bedrooms and three and a half baths, spread out over a very pleasing floor plan.  I see so many homes where the public rooms don't have a good … (0 comments)

The U.S. housing market continues its gradual and uneven progress, despite the expiration of the home buyer tax credit. The remarkable rebound in housing activities from the initial drop following the end of the home buyer tax credit this past July adds to the belief that the risk of a double-dip downturn in housing may be disappearing.

Here’s the list of Hancock Park Homes that are open this Tuesday June 7th from 11am until 2pm – so if you want to check out what the neighborhood has to offer and see how far your dollar goes – this is the perfect opportunity.  Sometimes homes are open on a Tuesday before the public open on a Sunday, so you could be getting a jump on everyone else.  These homes are all in Area 18 which includes Hancock Park but some may be further out than the official boundaries of Hancock Park.
