Homes For Sale in Phoenix $100K - $300K something many people are not aware of is that homes for sale in this price range are moving quite quickly, especially if the listing agent has property posted the information in the MLS, with accuracy, complete details and spelled out the features of the property. Also most people are not aware of how much of a positive real estate market there is, especially in northeast Phoenix.

Is YOUR 2012 BUSINESS PLAN FOR REALTORS complete? Have you considered making a practice to take 10 minutes to FOCUS on it and review it every day? One of my goals is to have my business in 2012 be more productive than the past three years combined. Another one of my goals, is to have a stronger focus to "BE AROUND POSITIVE PEOPLE" after all the world didn't come to an end...AGAIN THIS YEAR..... I BELIEVE WE HAVE THE RIGHT, TO TELL A PERSON "I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO THAT CRAP" more than they have the RIGHT TO pour it … (6 comments)

80-20 Rule... What do you know about it? What is your experience. I would like to hear from you. I think the 80-20 rule may exist in every area of life, business, sports as well as real estate sales.
