I started to prepare chicken last night when the overwhelming stench of rotten chicken hit me in the face. Not feeding the family that! Today it was the roast. I've been putting off making the roast, I'm not sure why other than that I didn't really feel like peeling the potatoes. If you haven’t met Bridget, especially if you are in Central Maryland, you really should make it a point to met her. She’s kind, outgoing and a fantastic mortgage resource.
