In these warm summer months, I've really enjoyed walking around and frequently the restaurants and shops in Nashville's 12th South area. I also received a gift card from my bf for Ray's Plants which I am looking forward to redeeming when the weather cools off some! I decided to start a market report for Nashville's 12th South area in 2010. I live very close to this area and frequent the restaurants and shops! Trendy and hip, the 12th South area is flooded with both old and new homes. One appeal of 12th South is that it is very close to downtown, Music Row and the Belmont and Vanderbilt campuses - a super convenient location!
