Sorry to say it, but the December 2009 home sales were down again in Oak Hill. From three closings during the previous month, this Nashville satellite city could only show two this time around:

Oak Hill home sales continued to sag in November 2009. Down yet another closing from the previous month, Oak Hill showed only three closings during the November month.
The good news is that the Oak Hill home sales price per square foot is up from $146.74 to $155.80!
