The temperature in St George Utah is a balmy 72 degrees today and it feels like Spring has definitely sprung! I decided to have a picnic lunch with a couple of my kids at Town Square Park this afternoon and we certainly enjoyed the weather. This is a great park with a delightful red rock stream that meanders down through it. There were lots of kids playing in the water, floating boats and just enjoying the sun this gorgeous Spring day!

Total number of homes sold in February 2012 increased from 164 sold in January 2012 to 234 homes sold in February.
The total number of St George Utah homes for sale that were listed on the Washington County UT mls in the month of february 2012 was 1661. There were 286 homes "under contract" and pending sale during February 2012.
