What are your thoughts on real estate for 2017? Great? Good?Bad? Good time to buy? Great time to sell? Being in the sun belt our market in Tucson is going to be great.We are down to under two months inventory < $400k price range. Relocation to Arizona has always been strong! Perfect weather for golf,horse back riding,bicycling,softball,hiking,motorcycling and of course getting your tan on. So many great places to visit from Tombstone to the Grand Canyon plus others.

Dec 2016, Inventory currently is under two months with homes priced at $275000 and under. Sellers are seeing multiple offers on homes that are priced right netting them more money at closing. Clean well kept homes are receiving offers over asking price with less concessions being asked for from buyers.
