Today was another successful day here in SW Florida. Lots of calls coming in to schedule trips to visit the area and people revisiting the idea of actively looking with prices so low. If your in the market or thinking of jumping in this is the time to do it. Prices are starting to creep up in some price markets and waiting will only bring higher prices and higher interest rates !!!
