Today’s word is Tenacity.
Much like persistence and perseverance, you need to be tenacious in what you do each day and how you handle situations.
Being tenacious or having tenacity means many things, yet the one that means the most to me is stubbornly unyielding.
To move forward in life and in business my belief is that all three are needed: Tenacity, Persistence, & Perserverance.

Today’s word is Perseverance.
Yesterday, I spoke about Persistence. I know that the two are almost exactly the same, however, I believe that with the slight differences of the two-you need both as you move forward in your life and in business.
I can tell you from recent experience that persistence is definitely paying off, but I couldn’t persist without perserverance!

Today’s word is Persistence.
Many times, in my business of Asset Recovery I send out many emails, letters, and make phone calls. Most of the time people just don’t believe that they have ten’s of thousands of dollars out there that they don’t know about.
I have the credentials, testimonials, and everything is handled by attorneys, however, people just don’t believe. When I think about it, I understand.
I still do it everyday (especially because I enjoy what I do) and still go through the grind that it can be at times.

Wow, being under the weather really sucks! It's been a week since my last post and I've had the AR blues.

I’ve got to go back to basics.
There are so many things to do and that need to get done, that at times you can be overwhelmed.
Even following your “To Do” list, there are still many distractions that happen to you and sometimes there is no control. When this happens, I find that I have to go back to basics and ultimately, what works for me.
Eventually, it all comes down to focus and in making successful habits. Habits are not easy to achieve (whether they happen to be good or bad), they just take time.

Never be afraid to ask or help.
Prioritizing and getting yourself straight.
Prioritizing is putting down on paper how you can logically get through your day, week, and month and beyond. It’s about logically thinking spending your time wisely and efficiently so that you can make your time count.

Persistence is pressing on even when you don’t want to.
Persistence is the ability to maintain action regardless of your feelings. You must maintain action and press on even when you feel like quitting (which in some cases can feel like all the time!)
Don’t give up. Believe in yourself and in what you can do and accomplish. Your persistence is what allows you to keep moving forward even when you lack the motivation to do so.
In some ways, it is the engine that helps drive the motivation.

There are many people that do things, especially in marketing that try and try and then just give up hoping that the next best thing works.
I have believed in a certain type of marketing and have tweaked it to get better results and for a while - nothing. But, I kept doing it because I believed.

Wikipedia says that integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes.
I believe that about sums it also. Wikipedia then goes on to say:

Over the weekend I was spending time with the family, but at night went on the web to do some work. I found a website that allowed me to check other websites to make sure that my content (that I spent a lot of time writing) wasn't taken by others.
Lo' and behold, I found, not one, but two culprits. One of them literally took my entire website, logos and all and just put their name on it. The other took all of my icons and content.

Today is clean up day for me. I'm going to stick to my list (unless something really important comes up) and work extra hard on clearing up many of the items that I have to get done.
