I was back at it today.  Delivering my Springhill View to 320 homes in the Springhill Subdivision, Naperville Illinois. 
I must say, I hated it.  It took about 3 1/2 hours.  Was fairly hot.  Lots of walking.  Actually got some blisters.

I had a listing appointment yesterday afternoon.  I met with a young family considering selling their home in Naperville and buying a larger home in another suburb.
Their two year old boy had just woken up from his nap, so I knew there would be a few distractions...I felt very relaxed just the same.

There is fear in the marketplace.
People are scared.  People are worried about their jobs.  People are worried about their stock portfolios and their retirement accounts.
People are worried about the value of their homes.
