Yeah, I saw a good little indicator today on the SoCal MLS that that is a great little bit of information that our clients need to hear. Congratulations go out to two cities in the Saddleback Valley that received honors from the QC Press as being in the in the Top 10 Safest Cities in the Nation. (YEAH!) Mission Viejo ranked #1 safest city in the nation. With a population of 98,483 it had the lowest crime rate during 2006 for cities with populations of 75,000 of more. Ok, this is my first rant and hopefully a little help for home sellers. I review the MLS daily to be kept up to date on what is happening in the area, any best buys that may come along and honestly I just like to look at the houses. But one thing I don't like to see is comments from listing agents that give away the farm.
