Don't Sell Your Home When You Buy Your Next Home In Woodbridge.... Keep It And Rent It Over the years, and decades I have been selling homes in Woodbridge Virginia, I have encouraged folks to keep the home they have now as an investment property, and move forward to their next home. Woodbridge real estate has been a strong and stable investment over the long haul. I have not yet met anyone who got burned owning a home in Woodbridge for 20+ years. For example, I have helped a ton of military families buy homes early in Northern Virginia. Young officers (0 comments)

Woodbridge And Manassas Homes With Zero Down Payment Home Loans Are Back... Sort of... - 10/18/08 11:39 AM
Woodbridge And Manassas Virginia Zero Down Home Loans Are Back... Sort of... Zero down home loans vanished when the credit crunch scaled back the menu of mortgages. Zero down home loans were plentiful three years ago. When lending guidelines tightened like a python around its prey, zero down loans got squeezed out of the market. Well, common sense home loans are slowly returning to the market. This week, Bank of America announced a new zero down home loan program that will finance home with zero down payment up to $1 million... for doctors.
The zero down program is also available (0 comments)
Meadowbrook Woods Offers Executive Homes Between Manassas and Woodbridge - 10/16/08 10:05 PM
Meadowbrook Woods Between Woodbridge and Manassas Offers Lovely Homes On Large Wooded Lots Is Meadowbrook Woods a community just outside Woodbridge, or just outside Manassas? The mailing address for Meadowbrook Woods is Manassas, but it's so close to Woodbridge it makes it hard to decide who can claim this lovely gem.
We've helped a lot of nice folks buy and sell homes in Meadowbrook Woods, and the experience has been delightful for us, as well as the folks we help buy or sell. Buyers are attracted to the roomy, well-built homes, on large wooded homesites. Sellers like the fact (0 comments)
Now I realize that the words "million dollar luxury homes" and the word "affordable" don't belong in the same sentence for some readers. However, when you consider that my parent's "starter home" cost $9,000 in 1948, that my "starter home" in Lake Ridge cost $105,000 in 1983, and that a basic starter home now runs $200,000 or more, it brings the market into focus. My daughter's first automobile, a humble Volkswagen, cost 150% more than my parent's first home. (0 comments)

This home was listed for $159,000 and sold to the highest bidder at $175,000.

Woodbridge Virginia Homes For Sale With Affordable Home Loans - 10/08/08 11:28 AM
Home Loans For Homes In Woodbridge Virginia Untouched By "Credit Crunch" The nice lady at the Safeway who rang up my groceries today asked about how the credit crunch on Wall Street is impacting home loans. Home loans are plentiful, with low rates, and good terms. There is plenty of money available when you buy a home in Woodbridge.
Credit Market Is Like A Big City Think of the credit market as a large metropolitan area like the Washington/Baltimore region. Now, think of the credit crunch as a huge, long band of thunderstorms that has just swept across the region, from (0 comments)
Woodbridge Homes For Sale, Woodbridge Homes Sold, New Listings Woodbridge VA - 10/06/08 12:34 PM
Woodbridge Virginia real estate sales have been fast and furious this year. That's right, I said fast and furious. "But Mr. Erick, the news reports say homes aren't selling." As usual, the media is one year behind the curve. In fact, homes are selling all over Prince William County.
Here are the numbers As of September 30, there were 3,380 homes actively for sale across Prince William County. Way down from the 7,000+ that were for sale one year ago. There were 1,652 homes SOLD in September. Yes, 1,652 homes went under contract in September. Only 992 new listings were (0 comments)
