The Haaf Farms subdivision in Pickerington OH is a small community of custom built homes. Each home has its own unique features. Just south of I-70, this community is bordered by Taylor Rd to the west and Blacklick Eastern Rd to the south, these homes have been building starting in the early 90's and construction has continued to this day. For the past few years our Pickerington school district has had to continue to make budget cuts even with the operating levys that have been passed in the past few years. With the defeat of last November's levy, this month will show the most dramatic cuts that we have ever seen. The Schools have to make up for an estimated $13 Million dollar shortfall and look at cutting about 100 employees/teachers and a chunk of the music and arts programs. Gahanna Ohio Market Update for Single Family Homes in 2010 Despite another tough year in real estate, Gahanna Ohio saw fairly stable inventory and slightly rising sales prices. The good news is that the number of homes for sale this year only increased slightly with homes for sale the year before. The best news of the year is that the average sales price for homes actually rose slightly this year.
