While it might be questions...questions can turn into communication...which can turn into potential buyers and sellers. The more you circulate your listings the better your chances are into turning them into sold! With all the hoopla and negativity circulating around Craigslist...do not discount the value! I swear sometimes I think that some people involved in real estate transactions today..do not realize the true value of services we all provide. Often times the buying and selling process is downplayed by so many...until something goes wrong and then automatically people are pointing fingers and ask who's to blame? If you recall I posted about attending court on behalf of a seller...fortunately for us...the attorney did not show..we now have submitted our short sale package...and if it gets accepted we have little to worry about.
Last week our top producer called me...she has a beautiful listing..and with an offer...but the bank gave her a hard time..and the offer was not accepted.. As she finished her story I reminded her I had gone to court for my customer.. I love my bank...as a matter of fact recently they have added $20.00 into my account..all because I use my check card often..when I walk in...they are warm..cordial and always wanting to assist! When I call them they answer my questions or when I make an inquiry on line...I can count on a response within 24 hours. I know they appreciate me..because when I walk in the door..not one but most will greet you before you get in line! Service that exceeds my expectations...Smiles and No Ridiculous Bank Fees! This is classic and I found interesting..I know there are many who have been doing short sales long before it was popular..I am one of those people. It seems when someone is selling a product..or would like to do a training...somehow...someway..those calls come to me! On Friday..I was contacted by a "TRAINER" not just any trainer...but yet...another Short Sale trainer! Friday was our lucky day...it seems the group they were training Saturday morning... the entire group canceled..and wanted me to find out if I could fill the session! It seems leases must be expiring in our part of town because so many potential renters have been calling...calling on homes for sale...to rent...and in many instances...they are calling on short sales. Is it because the home is vacant? I do believe it is. Renters Be Very Careful! This morning I sat through a mock arbitration and mediation. Its amazing to me what you can learn from your local Board of Realtors. Nancy Dance did a great job but I have to say, it was ruled that David Wyant was awarded the $33,000 commission. Keep in mind this was a mock mediation and arbitration.

Since blogging I have been pretty consistent and probably average at least 2 blogs per week. I want to write quality blogs and I want them read and comments too. You could say I expect a lot.
