When it came time to take continuing education classes, you wanted to take them from Oliver. He was one of the biggest personalities I've ever met, and he was responsible for writing much of our Colorado real estate law.

From my real estate infancy, I have known and understood and taught and fought that we were not allowed to tell the Buyer's agent, or anyone else for that matter, what the amount of another offer(s) was that the Seller had received. I always believed it was because, if that deal fell through and the house was reactived for sale, that subsequent offers would know that the Seller was willing to take less than their asking price. Real Estate 101, right? Wrong . . .
