I have a lot of business lately here in Franklin TN(best pronounced busy-ness) without a payday for a while. Just wondering, what gives? Just yesterday, I had showings for two buyers, in the morning and evening. On both occasions from the time I scheduled them, (the day before) until the time they decided on their favorite house, both were under contract. That is not supposed to happen in a buyer's market.
Around here, most offices utilize a showing service, so the typical banter between agents when scheduling showings, "how is in going", or "we're negotiating an offer right now on this … (6 comments)
