Getting pretty, making property you list presentable and looking like it is wearing its best bib and tucker takes work in Maine, any state. The presentation is everything and if with NASCAR wheel changing urgency you race, tear, punch and poke to just throw something up on line, those listings just make others done right look better.

Instead of real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS being center stage and spouting out about what buyers wanted, the tables had been turned. Buyers for real estate in the audience had been rounded up, flown in to a large convention center to listen to, learn from.
Ask a real estate buyer what they want from an agent, broker, REALTOR and none of them will say "I want more of the smiling agent hogging the camera, my time".

In the hurry scurry of day to day, it is easy to forget the American soldier serving nationally or overseas. Especially if you do not have anyone related that is a veteran. Or unless you are one yourself. The death of a young solider serving to protect our freedoms overseas is the sobering reminder of the stakes, costs involved. Newspaper articles, photos of a hearse picking up the red, white and blue US flag draped casket as it gets lowered from a military transport will cause all conversation in a room to stop, stall.
