Thankful For Who My Mom Taught Me To Be - 11/25/10 07:31 PM
I'm thankful today for who my Mom taught me to be. My Mom faced a lot of pandemonium in her life especially with her health. But she never gave up! That is what I admire most about her. Three years ago last week, my Mom completed her journey on earth and left behind a huge legacy. I put this little video scrapbook together so I can always cherish her memory.
As I think over what I'm most thankful for this Thanksgiving Day, I can't help but be thankful for who my Mom taught me to be. She taught (8 comments)
Just a couple of weeks ago I purchased a KODAK ESP Office 6150 All-in-One Printer for my office and I have already noticed the savings I'm going to see from this wise purchase. Not only is the ink very affordable to begin with, I'm not replacing the cartridges every time I turn around. Plus, added bonus: the ink doesn't run on my flyers. I used to run out to each of my (0 comments)
One Of The Reasons Why I live In the North Side Of Dauphin County PA - 11/22/10 09:43 AM
One of the reasons why I live in the north side of Dauphin County Pa is the quaint farmer's markets. Especially this one just outside of Gratz, PA. You can find anything you might need from fresh fruits and veggies to fresh meats or even seasonal plants. You can also find homemade donuts, pretzels and jewelry.
I spent 20 years in the military after having grown up in a military family. After living in 5 countries and 15 of the United States I chose this area to make my permanent home. My last year of active duty, I (6 comments)
AT HOME Is winter really just right around the corner? You may not be ready for the snow, but ready or not....it's gonna come. Preparing your home and property for cold weather conditions and responding to them effectively can reduce some of the effects caused by winter's weather challenges. I've tried to list some winter safety tips that can be effective in dealing with the effects of severe winter weather: Have your snow removal equipment serviced and ready for action. "So That Others May Live" - 11/11/10 04:46 PM
I am very new at blogging, as a matter of fact, this happens to be my first blog. And as I reflect on Veteran's Day today I am taken back to when I was active duty myself. The other day I saw yet another commentary on the life of an entertainer that died over a year ago. I do not want to take away anything from Michael Jackson and the contributions he made to the entertainment world, however, it disturbs me that one man would receive so much coverage concerning his death when in reality, he did very little in comparison.
