For those of us who live in the Northern OH, we have the opportunity to visit the Lake Erie Islands for a day if we so choose, rather than an extended vacation (although extended vacations are possible with bed & breakfasts, etc.). And, for the day, we feel like we are far away. We have access to the islands through our water transport of choice: i.e. Miller Ferry (for people, bikes and cars), the Jet Express (fast hover crafts), the Goodtime I (a leisurely trip on the Lake), private sailboat (19 comments)

WHERE HAVE ALL THE SELLERS GONE? BUYERS WANT TO KNOW!! If you are a Seller waiting to put your home on the market. Why are you waiting? In Northeast, OH (the Greater Cleveland Market), we have a shortage of homes for sale at most price points. We have such a shortage of homes for sale that we are now in a Sellers Market. Yes, forget about that Buyers Market of the last few years. We are now in a Sellers Market. And, we are not alone; most of the U.S. is shifting to a Sellers Market. In Northeast, OH (the Greater Cleveland Area), we have a shortage of homes to buy at most price points. That means we are in a sellers market. Let me write that again. WE ARE IN A SELLERS MARKET. Who knew that we would have low home inventory now? I'd say no one. So, this is my current problem, the problem for me and my partner (and husband), is that we have a number of buyers, at various price points, who have seen every home available in their price range and in the cities of their choice.
