I guess it all depends how you define success... - 03/27/10 04:15 PM
I often think about a section on my profile page here on Active Rain that I have never completed. I think about it a lot and I admit, it kind of haunts me sometimes. To this day I haven't added a single word here, yet I continue to contemplate as I stair into the empty space set aside for it. I've been an active participant here on AR since November of 2008. Seattle RE Barcamp... a fabulous success... - 03/24/10 10:51 AM
This year, the Pacific Northwest Housing Summit and RE Bar Camp were back to back in the same location at the Seattle Center, Northwest Rooms... This added a new mix to the RE Bar Camp demographic. About 1/3rd of the participants were from the lending community.
Good friends abounded... Active Rain's #1 Blogger Todd Clark and Ed Bisquera, signing in for a full day of social media action. Mike Mueller, Are We Connected, and Rob Porter, The Talon Group, waiting for coffee and helping out at the registration desk. David Gibbons, Zillow.com, kicking off the festivities. Mike Simonsen, Altos Research (6 comments)

What's often missed in the public dialogue is (5 comments)
2010 Pacific NW Housing Summit and RE Bar Camp Seattle... - 03/10/10 11:03 PM
Face it, Someday's are just way more cooler than others... This morning I was on a great conference call, mostly about RE Bar Camp Seattle with all the volunteers putting this amazing event together. While on the call I was gazing out the window from my office at The Talon Group on Eastlake Ave. E. Seattle looking at the Space Needle thinking, "how cool is that?" It's all going to happen just over there. I was also thinking about all these wonderful people I'm talking with that just like all of us, they live very busy lives and are yet so (6 comments)
