I often get calls from Realtors who say, “I have a family who is actually going to be living in their home while it’s on the market. They would like to use their own furniture. Do you do that?” It always amazes me that they have to ask whether a full service Home Staging company would be willing to work with (gasp) someone’s OWN THINGS?! But I know why they have to ask.

I got a call a couple of weeks ago from a homeowner who had been referred to me by his Realtor. She had told him he should consider having a Home Staging Consultation by a professional and sent him my way. It took a week or so for our schedules to work out but I finally went on Friday to do the consultation and boy, am I glad I did!

In doing my weekly MLS research today I stumbled across a photo of a home that's currently on the market in one of the nicest, most desirable cities in the West Los Angeles area.
