Here is a short view of one of the many parks in Adelines Farms, as you may know, Adelines farm in French Valley near Temecula was built by Shea homes.
And there are some very nice homes in the area. Take a look at the Watermill park, something else to make you want to go here.

Ok, ok, so I am being dramatic... There are a few nice things about the Xoom tablet from Motoroloa, and I want to help you find your way around them.
I had the opportunity to play around with a Xoom, and give it my Real estate once over... Here is my impressions.
First off, lets get some specs out of the way, dual core tegra 2, 32 GB memory, 3G built in (WiFi only model coming). And this one comes with front and rear facing cameras. $800 with no contract or $600 on 2 year contract. Lowest data plan is $20/month … (9 comments)

Standard Pacific homes in Temecula, interior living spaces - Preview - 03/02/11 04:09 PM
As you may know, Standard Pacific is now building in both Morgan Hill and Paseo del Sol in Temecula CA. So this prompts the question - what are they building, and unfortunately, the powers that be, will not tell me yet... Look here for progress on the construction, Standard Pacific is building in Morgan Hill Temecula.
Alas, here is a preview of some of the models built in Temecula's Wolf Creek Neighborhood, both at Laurel and other developments.
Take a look, I am thinking that we will see similar models at Morgan Hill and maybe Paseo del Sol as well.

I showed you a little while back that there is more new construction going on in Temecula, this time Standard Pacific is getting a new community in Temecula. Actually, it is going to be 2 communities at the same site. If you want to see what Standard Pacific homes look like in Temecula's Wolf Creek neighborhood - look here.
