The Elmhurst St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2nd largest outside of Chicago Posted by KS Marketing With expected attendance topping 20,000, the 16th annual Elmhurst St. Patrick’s Day Parade is the 2nd largest parade outside of Chicago. The Koenig & Strey Elmhurst office continues to support this parade and similar to last year, are holding a free raffle of a children’s playhouse. Koenig & Strey will donate a children's playhouse Starting at noon on Saturday, March 10th, the parade route begins on Spring Rd and Wilson St and heads north, ending at around St Charles Rd. Have you ever wondered what sets some realtors apart from the rest? What makes them the "one" that clients gravitate to? What's more important "IN" or "ON" the market? "IN" the market gets showings, shows well, aggressive marketing plan, priced right and sells.
