It has been interesting to watch the rise and fall of home prices in the Treasure Valley. You will see that the chart shows the peak pricing in about the Fall of 2006. Our current average sold prices are that of the ending of 2004. The average sold price for Nampa Idaho Homes at the end of 2009 was $128,125. For homes in Boise Idaho, the average sold price was $193,677.
