Weekly, we publish the available bank-owned listings that are entered into the Rim O' the World Multiple Listing Service.  We track the current active listings, any new listings that hit the market, any properties that reduce their list prices and any that come back on the market after having fallen out of escrow for whatever reason(s).  We have also provided the date that the property was listed and when that listing expires.   This can be very important information when/if you should make an offer on a foreclosure....
