I have been busy with my Growthleader site. I am getting a few people a week and staying in touch with a lot of them.
I really like the personal feel of the site. I have had many people come to the site and just enter a bad phone number. Then after awhile they change it to or add their correct number.
I think it's because the site has a one agent feel. This means that it is not a huge corporate site that the client gets lost in.
Another thing I like about the site is the ability to keep up with clients. So many times in this business you can lose track of a clients progress, but with the site you can see the moment when a client really starts to look at more homes on your site. The client will start saving homes and fine tuning their search criteria. At that point you can re-call them and see how they are doing and move forward with them.
