The Santa Clarita Valley is located in Southern California and is the home of Six Flags Magic Mountain. We are approximately 14 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. We also share our Southern Border with Sylmar, which is a city located in Los Angeles.
In the Santa Clarita Valley, as in Los Angeles, there are condo and townhome complexes that are HUD approved to have FHA loan's getting the Green Light.
Spot Approval is available, but on a case by case basis - a good rule of thumb is to check out this post I wrote about FHA approval by HUD and if you see anything you are interested in that did not make the list - then let me know and I will get a lender to have a look.
