Home Search On Agent Web Sites - Not all the same

Fullerton home search and in fact, most other home searches on Realtor web sites all seem to look alike, but they can be very different.  Internet users are expecting instant and accurate answers to each and every query.  But many of the sites are not direct links to the (MLS) multiple listing service data, rather they are downloaded data that may or may not be up to date.  We have seen sites that have data that is up to two weeks out of date (not what the user is expecting).

A user friendly Quick home search is provided at www.foustonline.com and is a top performing tool for buyers and sellers.  A current, relevant, and "must read" Real estate blog is also provided at www.foustonline.blogspot.com .

Robert,

I went to your site to check it out...You have a very nice site.  On my site (www.lifestylesofthelake.com), I actually have two different links that people can search with.  One is the market links through the MLS, the other is the IDX link through IDX Pro.  I can only hope that IDX keeps theirs up to date...guess, I will have to keep an eye on it.

Peggy - thanks for the comments and a special thanks for reviewing our web site.  You went out of your way to do this, and I really appreciate the effort.  All feed back is appreciated and will be considered.  We all have to keep improving.

I went to your site and "wow" -- I love the lake pictures, really caught my attention.  That is exactly what we all need to do - "capture the reader"
