Well, now that April is almost over, are we going to actually see all those May flowers that the quote promises. Certainly am ready to do so this year.
Did someone remember to send Mother Nature and her Boss, God, the memo?
As each day passes here in our small section of the world, it is a crap shoot as to what 'season' will actually make it through the 24 hours allotted as a DAY.
Just this week, [ and it is ONLY Wednesday ] we have had:
....ARK type rains...when one has not built the conveyance-much less rounded up species 2X2,
....40 degree chills..resulting in electric use of Heat / furnace
....80 degree heat...resulting in switching over to Cool / air conditioner
....50-55 mph winds...resulting in gratitude that our hair is permanently attached
....Kiwi vine-turned-tree staking...using 3, count 'em 3, Blk. iron-type poles & electric ties.
....Kiwi vine-tree sappy droppings caught in above mentioned hair...calling for shampoo
....Allergy attacking laundry...necessitating daily washings of 'outdoor clothes'...should just drop them in
the garage / hey, it is attached to the house; Visual picture desired--NOT. better to pitch'em down
basement steps !!!
Today, so far, it is closer to warm, than not

closer to all day sun, than not
So,I gladly will spend time on the web; in the Rain; Tweeting or reading tweets; dealing with e-mails-mainly trying to sell, advise,& generally enlighten us [2dragottas4u] to a Better Life; learning on point 2's Real Town-Reliberation-Listing Partners: NAR-MAR-REALTOR.org-REALTOR.com info. seeking.
What is missing from this list: Client activity.---- some are there, sort of, in the loop, making the decision, planning to proceed, WAITING for Stimulus $$$ to hit our area. watching for the up-tick back to a Seller's Market.---or dropping out of the scene
We are here; dispensing advice, comps, evidence of 'what is returned to Bank, leasing, pulled off market, selling, in Short sale,', & just being there for them.
What is not on our schedule is:
...caring about a so-called Republican turning Democrat
...over concern about Swine-flu when people are coughing / just COVER your Mouth.
...not planning a trip out of the Country
...wishing the Big 3 would give the proverbial digit to Congress and move forward
...getting agitated with heavy traffic-even here in Macomb Co so automotive connected.
...breathlessly reading what the latest gaff is & to whom it belongs
What is on our 'pay attention to' list is:
...now that it is mostly a 'done deal' at Chrysler where the union would be the majority owner, will they
now strike against themselves ?
...who or what was really behind that insensitive 'fly-by' in Downtown Manhattan?
...will there be another mid-night passage-in this National Health Program?
...how will Washington action affect our Profession & all those others connected to RE?
...what will happen at General Motors in this next month?
...does anyone pause at the take-over through 'bails, loans, firings, earning caps, etc that are happening?
...when, things being equal, will this happen to our Profession?
...will other States, then Washington follow in the attempt here in Michigan to 'tax' REALTORS as service
providers
...who will take the fall in the future of our economy since the Congress is 'held harmless' by law?
Through all that is happening around us there is a need to reach out and above for a 'light'
I present you with this phrase:
"Early Spring Green is God's Gold"
for those of us who have 4 seasons--do take the time to look at the early buds on our trees--
they do look Golden, don't they.
So wondrous to experience, know, and witness to the Glory that is our Creator;
to be continuously reminded that "...God is in His Heaven---All is well with our World..."
God's Gold comes every year, trees bud out,& flowers bloom.
All we have to do is see that someone continues to plant the flowers:
that we are admonished to 'stop & smell'
