Now that was certainly an unexpected photo with your title! Cute picture, I think I saw him running around Coeur d'alene the other day...
Janne -I felt it depicted how difficult "head to head" negotiations can sometimes be and how having a skilled negotiator on your side is important when buying or selling real estate. As we know price is only one piece of negotiating a successful agreement.
Liz - No ... it is part of a display at the Algonquin Visitor Centre, the reception centre for the 7630 square kilometer Algonquin Provincial Park.

Steve - negotiations are not about putting something over on someone they are about finding out what is really more important to the parties to the transactionand working with both side to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Fred - The moose in the picture uses his head in "head to head" brute force negotiating, something that just does not work in negotiating a real estate agreement.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the concept, escpecially as it has local flair incorporated with it too.
