Watch out for moose...and close your mouth...black flies don't taste so good and have no nutritional value! Make sure you have a comfortable seat though...if you are going to be perched and pedalling for all you're worth for a weekend in Maine, things can get a little painful unless you have some support and padding.  Take lots of water too...and warm clothing and rain gear just in case. Remember, you are in Maine where the weather can be scorching hot or raining or snowing while on your trek across this big big state.

Biking is on my list of "TO DO" things with more exercise for a healthier life...after double knee replacement last year I found cycling a good exercise while in rehab.
