The Wynn & Encore Hotels on "The Strip" Las Vegas Blvd by: Robert Swetz

The inside of the Wynn hotel is SOOOO gorgeous. What does the inside of the Encore hotel look like? If I had nothing to do today and lived near there, I'd go over and check it out. Or . . . there is always Vegas Bob who could share his photos with me.

Wow...thanks for keeping your promise and sharing your pictures with us. One of these days, we will be able to come for a visit. I am so excited to see the Encore in person...it looks awesome. I saw the Wynn when it first opened...that is how long it has been since we were in Vegas! Do they have good buffets? I will have to let you know when we plan to come for a visit so I don't miss anything that you recommend.

Wow. You are great and too kind. I'm thinking that it must've been like 117 degrees on the strip yesterday? Must've worked up a sweat just going from the car to the entrance.

What I really liked about the Wynn and can see in the Encore is that they spend SOOO much time and money on the details in the tile work--especially the flooring (like the flooring near the crystal peacock). Also . . .even the floral displays are so exquisite!

Looks like I missed the dance contest. Too bad. (read: sarcasm)

Thanks everyone for coming around and Janis and Joe Steve Wynn has a couple of the best buffets in town!

Melissa - I didn't even look at the date on the dance, I wasn't paying attention. I do know that Beyonce' will performing for around 5-7 days straight at The Encore Hotel.

And I have another special photo of the marble floor and one of Steve Wynn's Trademarks .............

I also have family in Vegas and visit them yearly. Last time I was in the Wynn was shortly after its completion and I loved the Lake of Dreams and beautiful glasswork throughout.
