Ever wonder how much work goes into playing golf? It looks easy and almost mindless when you watch Tiger Woods play. But the fact is it takes hours and years of practice with a relentless drive to achieve a good game, let alone a great game. This is what Tiger does. He follows a schedule of constant practice and improvement in himself and his game. That is what makes him one of the best in the world. He is able to avoid the sand traps and water hazards and play with integrity. So how does this correlate with real estate and financing of it ?
Well in the San Diego the real estate market is full of hazards. Some of which are in large part real estate agents who don't play the game like Tiger does. They shortcut and only work half way or no way at all, because they are only concerned about a pay check (the same goes for loan officers who only wish to make money off you from financing.) These people are the ones you don't want on your team or coaching you. You want to rise above and only work with someone who looks to improve each day. That way you will get the best home in San Diego with the best financing. So when you begin your journey ask your Realtor and loan officer what they do to become better, and how it will affect you. If there's no answer, then you don't have a Tiger working for you, and you may end up with a Double Bogey and years of finance nightmares.
