This morning I woke up to the WONDERFUL sound of rain...which later turned into heavy rain, lightning and thunder. Call me "different", I happen to LOVE a good ol thunderstorm. It seems to relax me. Not to mention the fact that rain has really been S-C-A-R-C-E in our area so I am thankful to see it.
I am also one that does not think that things just happen. I believe there is a reason and purpose for everything in our lives. The people we come in contact with, the circumstances we are currently facing, and words whether by someone or through music can be "special messages" sent our way. We do have to be careful and discern them because not every thing that comes our way is meant for our good.
So, as I am driving into the office with the rain steady falling, I reflect on how I keep coming across the following scripture 2 Chronicles 7:14: 
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
This scripture has "been in my head" alot lately, I have driven around my area and have seen 2 Chronicles 7:14 signs in yards, by mailboxes and heard this used in numerous sermons lately. How does this apply to us or even real estate? The way we conduct ourselves with our customers/clients, courtesy to our fellow agents, our attitudes as we get up to face each single day and being able to leave work at work and not carry it home with us (workaholic). GOD tells us what we "must do"...how much clearer can HE be?
