The Real Estate Fairy is Back and she has some "Great News" for everyone!
The banks are continuing to squeeze every last drop out of the homes on the market by having such a small inventory which in turn is creating bidding wars on any REOs, Short Sales, Etc.
The good news is the Banks will slowly flood the market with new REO/ Foreclosed homes. Existing Home owners that might have lost their homes due to crooked, unrealistic financing are modifying some of their homes which in turn helps to keep from losing them to these money hungry banks.
