I have been keeping up with Leon County home sales each month for the last 2 years. August sales this year finally for the first time in a year surpassed the previous year's August sales. I've mentioned this to many folks, and in the Tallahassee Democrat this morning there is an article of just such good news.
At least those I'd told this info to can think that I'm up to date on area real estate and use and recommend me to others.
I like seeing what I say come up in print. Only thing I wish is that I had written the article. Think next time!
