As funny as this video is it is also sad to see watch.  I am relatively active in most of the major social media sites and often find agents pushing their services and houses on people in their social network.  As you watch this video think about how important it is to listen and what we could learn if we practiced being Wordless more than just on Wednesday.

Absolutely!  It's my biggest lesson......and I can't believe how my clients remember so many of the things that I have said that have come back to haunt me.  Why can't I just learn to keep my mouth shut??!!! ; ))

Doug - We all have a hard time keeping our mouth shut sometimes but it is amazing how they remember what we say.

How very funny...but drives the point home ... listen...don't talkso much....and certainly don't force your will on your clients...   they will be writing the house payment check not us.

I agree that this is funny!  After 17 years in real estate sales and 12 of that training agents I have seen it all.

This was a clip from a comedy show on TV.  One of the points I got out of it is to remember how the public looks at us as when we are pushy sales people and make sure we are listening.
