Did you know that the majority of homebuyers slow down, and some even stop searching for a home during the winter? This always makes me pause, and generally leaves me with too much time on my hands. I like being busy, I like selling real estate, and I want to help you find your next home, land, vacation property, or investment property.
There still is a great deal of inventory in my area and as winter rapidly approaches, those properties will receive less traffic in the form of showings. Do you know what kind of opportunity that presents for you as a buyer? That's right, less competition and perhaps a more motivated seller. No guarantee, but the odds are certainly in your favor.
So, dress appropriately for the elements and lets go tour some homes. Give yourself the gift of home for the holidays!
