Most of the rentals we manage do NOT have CO detectors. But they should. Most Owners just don't want to pay for them.

Leslie * if the rental has gas of any type, they need the CO detector and they can be installed for less than $50.  Explain that it is a business expense and they should have had one ALREADY installed if they lived at the property WITH their family for their OWN protection!
