Wow Donna - it's interesting to see what living in a smaller area might be like.  Only 200 listings - that is amazing.  We've got about 30,000 (which is 30,000 less than a year or so ago). I spent me first 5 years in real estate in a smaller town and I kind of miss that  - not so crazy!

Anna - We don't even have 30,000 total active listings in the entire State of CT!!  Amazing what a difference there is from one part of the country to another.

George - I don't like to see decreaes either but at least overall year over year the number of sales is pretty close. 

Fernando - Madison is one of the higher end markets in my area and an absolutely beautiful town along the shoreline of Connecticut
