On the face of it, this data looks downright promising.  Aside from the data and more from your personal, more subjective sense of view, do you also have the sense of an upswing?

Jeff -North Branford is a very small town and a very desirable area.  Once people move here, they love it so much they never leave which is why we see such a small number of sales compared to other areas.

Nancy - I don't have a crystal ball but it does appear like we're having a slight upswing in some areas over the past couple of months in the number of sales and in the average sales price.  It wiill be interesting to see how things trend over the next few months.
