 The real estate market activity during this month seems to be leaps and  bounds ahead of last year for buyers in Montgomery County.
 According to the Washington/Maryland Multiple Listing Service, there are 5 homes available to buy in all Ashburton  neighborhood.
 At the same time, 1 home was  sold this month so far. Also there are 2  properties under contract status .
Unfortunately for the Ashburton community, sales are stagnant and not comparable to what is happening in the rest of Montgomery County
