Mountain's Edge is a newer community so many of the listings are short sales or bank owned.

Hopefully most of those under contracts will close, although short sales can take a day or two to get there. As usual.

Sales were down 6%? I imagine that's typical for the holiday season.

I've never seen a market report where the pending sales totaled twice the current listing inventory! What percentage of those pending sales will close?
