Change is in the air for the Placer County Women's Council of Realtors chapter! December 1st, found over 65 inspired folks celebrating the installation of the 2010 WCR Placer County Chapter Officers. Attendees traveled from far and wide, we all had the honour and privilege of attending the installation luncheon hosted by Lori Wilson of Property ID.
What better way to start than a limo ride! Traveling from the Placer Board of Realtors, office to the charming and historic Property ID Sacramento office in a stream of limos, the fete was kicked off in style.
Susan Teixeira, the Chapter's 2010 President led the Installation Fete with grand style. Fabulous networking, Fabulous Food, Fabulous tunes-Flute Music with Jingles by Julie...it was all good.
Inspiration
was led by 2 keynote speakers: Bridget Powers-Mayor Pro Tem, City of Auburn, and Gail Hartnett, 2006 National WCR President...all the way from Boise Idaho. The common thread: the power of women throughout the decades in America, and the ability we EACH have to make a difference -By participating. By following your passion.
Gail made a fabulous point: Good leaders are focused while in seat, and know when to leave...opening new doors, using newly developed skills in other applications.
Join us in celebrating Susan Teixeira, who was officially installed as the 2010 President of the Placer County WCR chapter. With the energy and leadership this dynamic woman brings to the table, it's bound to be an incredible year.
